How we started....
Pamela Wright, Executive Director of The Business Empowerment Networking Group founded in May 2018. While driving home from a trip, I experience a divine encounter with God. The presence of the Lord was filled the car. The music went silence as God began downloading to me the vision for The Business Empowerment Networking Group. He specifically quoted Proverbs 29:2 "When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; But when a wicked man rules, the people groan."

The heart of God was expressed to me in detail of the urgency of raising up righteous leaders that would sit in seats of authority throughout the earth. From that day unto now, we have endeavor to train, equip and launch leaders for the marketplace.

Pamela Wright is a visionary Christian leader, prophetic strategist, and empowerment coach dedicated to equipping faith-based entrepreneurs, ministry leaders, and creatives to walk boldly in their God-given assignments. With a passion for merging marketplace influence and kingdom purpose, Pamela develops transformational training, conferences, and Bible-based resources that center on identity, perseverance, prophetic leadership, and spiritual authority.

She is the founder of the Business Empowerment Networking Group, a hub for faith-driven entrepreneurs to grow through training, moral support, and local networking. Her work includes the development of the HenótÄ“s Leadership Model, the R.E.I.G.N.I.T.E. Strategy, and Signature Conferences such as The Daniel Factor, and upcoming "Reign and Serve" based on Revelation 5:10.
